Nineteen percent of the wealthiest Americans see themselves as "have nots", which begs the question of how much is enough. While the rest of the world feels the strain of astronomic growth and one in three people are born into a slum; while a billion people world wide live in slums, Americans in the top tier of the most prosperous nation in the history of humanity feel disadvantaged. They should be ashamed.
